You will need to fly this ship to get the Ghost Destroyer to open up. Once the Ghost Destroyer is open, you will need to blow up the Ghost Destroyer and get back to the Light Source. Once you have the Light Source, you can walk back up the shaft. This will get you back to the Haunted Forest where you started.
